Birthday Celebration

Another project behind me and on to the next one this week.  Yesterday in South Carolina, friends, family and church members celebrated the 90th Birthday of their loved one.  What a blessing!!  I was just thrilled to take part by serving up some creations.

200 Fan shaped programs (keepsake)

250 Bookmarks (Favor)

100 Jar Labels (favor)

100 Red Velvet Cupcakes (yes, my friend traveled to South Carolina with 100 cupcakes broken down into 8 12ct clamshells and the remaining 4 on a plate.  She vowed to eat the 4 on the plate during the drive down.  LOL!!)

80s/90s Flashback

This weekend, I had the opportunity to be amongst some party goers celebrating the 80s and 90s.  Ok, I was really there in a work capacity to help out a close friend.  I spent all last week, knee deep in papers and projects to go along with the theme.  It was tons of work but a lot of fun.  Can I just say, the DJ did this thing with the music?  I was having high school and college flashbacks hearing the music.  Ahh, the good 'ol days,  LOL!  It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves. I'm sad to say I didn't get any pictures of the guestbook/mini photo album I created.  It was shaped like an LP.  Oh well, on to the other projects:

Party Favor Boom-box filled with Now & Laters

Boom-box Card Box. (all birthday cards dropped inside)

Game Prize Tumblers

Canvas Arcarde sign over basement door.

Facts about the 80s/90s and the Birthday Honoree (I redid the LO, but forgot to take another pic)
Close up fact.  I forgot to find out ahead of time if the walls were textured.  The vinyl still worked though.
How did I do all this:  A lot of vinyl and a few SCAL files.  The boombox, joystick and pac-man images were found at Mardenz Blog.
